Shu is a business consultant at PwC with expertise in risk and financial assurance, and is involved in delivering outstanding risk and financial assurance to clients across government, financial services, technology, manufacturing and transport. He is passionate about using his expertise in business, innovation and STEM to help individuals, organisations and communities succeed in a rapidly changing world.
As a champion of organisational innovation within and outside of PwC, he is helping to drive a shift in organisational culture and leadership towards greater agility, disruption and creativity. Shu engages with clients to discover their current innovation capabilities and help them formulate effective future strategies.
He is a prolific blogger and podcaster, and creates inspiring and educational content for his personal blog, Shu’s Green Patch, and the community platform Startup Melbourne. Through his interviews of Australia’s most dynamic founders, he is helping to shape the Australian startup narrative.
Before his business career, Shu was an R&D expert on several cutting-edge biotechnology projects in the areas of cancer genetics, agriculture and drug discovery. He has 7 years of experience in scientific product development, project management and technical writing.
